BetterRelief.org provides marketing services and educational content and collects information used to check whether loans may qualify for a program. It is not a law firm, lender, credit-repair organization, or debt-settlement provider.
Program availability
Not every loan will qualify, and not every consumer will be eligible. Availability also depends on factors including the lender and state. Completing the form does not guarantee acceptance into a program.
Possible risks
Debt settlement may affect credit, involve program fees, lead to continued collection activity, increase balances through interest or fees, create tax consequences, or expose a consumer to legal action by a creditor. Results and timing vary.
